约翰?艾佛雷特?米莱（John Everett Millais, 1829年6月8日―1896年8月13日）是一个英国画家与插图画家，也是前拉斐尔派的创始人之一。
米莱生於英国南安普敦（Southampton）一个以泽西岛为根基的显要家庭。他惊人的画家天份使他在11岁时便进入英国皇家艺术学院就读，成为学院有史以来最年轻的学生。在那里，他认识了威廉?霍尔曼?亨特（William Holman Hunt）和但丁?加百利?罗塞蒂（Dante Gabriel Rossetti），他们三人在1848年一起成立了前拉斐尔派。
